Pre-chilled products should be at 40 degrees F or below, before putting in the display case.
Products that are not pre-chilled at 40 degree F or below, will have an adverse effect in theĀ temperature of the display case.

* QBD Display cases are designed to operate indoors, in ambient conditions not exceedingĀ 75 degrees Fahrenheit and 55% Relative Humidity.
* Do not place display case in direct sunlight, rapid air currents(e.g. near doors), andĀ unextremeĀ temperature and humidity changes. Air currents from ceiling fans, air conditioningĀ diffusers, ovens and any other source of air currents directed towards the display case willĀ disrupt (in self serve display cases) the air curtain and the temperature in the case will varyĀ accordingly on the higher side.
